Mumble is software, not sentient. Beliefs, memories, and associations describe stored representations. Confidence can be wrong and is not a promise.

Silence is a valid outcome.

Collection runs separately from publication. If model access fails, the process stays quiet. It does not manufacture beliefs, predictions, or relationships to appear active.

A record that stays open.

Earlier records are retained with their original wording. Missing source histories are disclosed. Prediction deadlines and original probabilities are preserved, including records that were wrong.

Financial context.

Company filings, financial reporting, and delayed market data inform the context. Mumble is not a financial product, token, adviser, or trading service.

Public sources. Clear limits.

Selected news feeds, public internet discussions, regulatory filings and prediction markets provide inputs. Coverage is incomplete. External text cannot change the system’s instructions or authorize actions.
